Frequent Presentation Response Project (FPR)


The Frequent Presentation Response Project is a direct client service for those with complex needs and who frequently present to The Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital to access greater support while remaining in the community. the FPR team aids to reduce patterns of dependence on Emergency Departments.


    Recovery based case management, occupational and psycho-social support in collaboration with the client and current services to enable greater stability in the community.

   Psychosocial support in collaboration with the client and current services to
support greater stability in the community.

   Encourage and assist clients to access the right combination of services to enhance personal responsibility and self management of mental and physical health. 

   Offers flexible service delivery, including after hours and weekend support. 

   Intentional peer support available.


Any person who presents at least five times in a single month, this can be current or in any of the previous six months. Referrals are through the hospital LINKS Project.
