The Homeless Outreach Program provides assistance to older people and younger people with a disability who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Brisbane North area.

The Homeless Outreach Program provides a range of services including:
• Street Outreach
• Assistance to obtain & maintain housing
• Case Management
• Counselling & Support
• Advocacy & Mediation
• Information & Referral
• Ongoing Individual Support

Referrals
A medical referral is not necessary and referrals may be accepted from family, friends, community services, health professionals or you can contact us directly.

Drop-in
Drop-in is held every Wednesday from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

Drop-in offers a safe space in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
