How can I receive a Community Aged Care Package?
To receive a CACP, you must be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). ACAT assessments are free of charge. If CACPs are available in your area, you have been assessed and express a preference to be cared for in your home, then you may be offered a CACP package.

will advise of your nearest Assessment Team.
